My name is Allan Luebke and I'm an Emmy award-winning filmmaker and video producer from Portland, Oregon.

For nearly two decades, I've been partnering with local and national brands including Showtime, Discovery, Intel, Siemens, Allrecipes and CrossFit to create cinematic nonfiction content that inspires, educates and entertains. Whether you have one employee or one thousand, it's my mission to deliver strategic visual storytelling that companies can trust and audiences will love.

My journey began as a journalism student at the University of Oregon where I received the National College Emmy Award for a documentary about the inmate work programs at Oregon State Penitentiary. After graduation, I directed more than 100 episodes of travel television for Columbia Gorge Magazine and a series for Discovery that explored scuba diving in Puget Sound.

In 2014, my debut feature-length documentary Glena--the story of a single mother from The Dalles who becomes a professional cage fighter--was acquired by Showtime and aired to a potential audience of 23 million viewers. The critically acclaimed film has been hailed as, "... right up there with Hoop Dreams."

Since 2018, it's been my great honor to serve as a staff video producer for Oregon State University to make fundraising videos that support the Believe It campaign, a decade-long capital project set to raise more than $2 billion.

Along the way, I've pursued a passion for youth education by teaching filmmaking courses for Oregon nonprofits including OMSI, Hollywood Theatre, Arbor School of Arts & Sciences, The Dougy Center, Friends of the Children and NW Doc.

The last 15 years have been an unbelievable adventure through storytelling in Oregon and, whether producing content for a theater, classroom or smart phone, I'd love to meet you and help tell your stories next.
